Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- The account associated with the purchase has sent no more than 720 messages.
Any refund requests that do not meet both of these criteria will be denied. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team by opening a ticket with your purchase details.
